1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Afivemart reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • You received a wrong item.
  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The delivered product does not match the description shown on our website.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be retained.
  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Baby diapers
  • Baby wipes
  • Sanitary napkins
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products without original tags or packaging

4. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests may be accepted if:

  • Wrong size was delivered.
  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • The item is defective or damaged.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for approved return requests.

Refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

Approved refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Afivemart.
