6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier company is unable to deliver the product due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If you receive a damaged package or find any item missing, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
